All orders are shipped via Auspost and are dispatched within 3-4 days of purchase.  When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from Australia Post with a tracking number. You can track your items via the Auspost website.

We offer free shipping Australia-wide for orders over $150.00

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot offer express shipping. 

At this stage, Arid Skincare is not shipping overseas. However, this is something we will be looking into in the future.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when your order is processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the order once it has been shipped.


We will happily offer a STORE CREDIT for all full-price items purchased in our online store that are returned to the store WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. Should you find a discrepancy with your purchase, we will offer a store credit, exchange or refund.

If an item is faulty, we will liaise directly with the supplier to determine whether the item is to be replaced or a credit note/refund is to be issued. All faults must be reported within 24 - 48 hours of your order's delivery.

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Item/s must be UNUSED with ORIGINAL PACKAGING, LABELS INTACT.

Sale items

Unfortunately, Arid Skincare does not offer return or exchange on sale items. If a product is deemed faulty by Arid Skincare after purchase, we may offer store credit or refund at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE All items must be unworn, unused and returned within two weeks of purchase. Arid Skincare reserves the right to refuse a product that doesn’t meet these requirements. Arid Skincare reserves the right to accept and deny all refunds and exchanges. We will try our best to put through all refunds and exchanges successfully, however original packaging must still be unopened when returns are received.
